Returns and Exchange Policy
Defective merchandise will always be promptly exchanged for the identical item. We encourage you to check the playback of audio CDs in more than one player before contemplating returning them as defective.

Items of clothing must be unworn and unwashed and in new condition to be accepted for return or exchange.

Refunds will always be rendered according to the payment method used for your order - if you paid with a credit card, we will issue a credit card refund; if you paid by check, we will issue a refund check.

With the exception of defective products, the purchaser will be responsible for the shipping charges when returning merchandise to us, and the charges to ship any items selected in exchange.
